The Starting Point

Divvit got to work by gathering all the data from the store and all marketing channels. With our Magento plugin and Facebook, Instagram and Adwords Cost Connectors, it only took 15 minutes for us to start collecting data.

Crunching the numbers

After analyzing all marketing channels, sections of the website and visitors, a HealthCheck report was produced that highlighted the finding that mobile conversion was significanlty under performing. The problem was especially an unusually high Bounce Rate.

Using machine learning and our experienced team, we summarised our findings with 5 main reccomendations. The biggest of which was that during the mobile experience not enough focus was given to the products and the main site content. On most pages a lot of the screen was taken up by a big banner, making visitors leave before finding what they looked for.

After realizing the potential of improving certain steps of the mobile journey, Kissed by Eco made some quick but powerful changes, the main one being to reduce the size of the banner. (before and after images)
